Upon successful payment, Ababil360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to deploy the engine, strictly governed by your purchased tier.
Certain elite features, including our AI-powered visual healer and telemetry processing, require an active connection to the Ababil360 Remote Vault.
The Ababil360 Auto-Healer is engineered to resolve a vast majority of EAA and WCAG violations. However, standard software deployment carries no absolute legal guarantee, and you deploy this tool at your own risk.
The Elite Legal Shield: Active subscribers who strictly follow our Mandatory Conditions unlock our full legal shield. We reserve the absolute right to modify, upgrade, or evolve this legal shield policy at our discretion. This includes the potential future expansion of legal protection to Lifetime Plan users. Any such updates will be officially broadcasted.
You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your Command Center credentials and cryptographic License Keys. Ababil360 is not liable for compromised accounts resulting from negligence.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Ababil360 infrastructure immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your API bridge will cease immediately.
Agility is our core strength. Ababil360 reserves the right to modify, restructure, or update system plans, pricing tiers, and software features at any time.
Transparency Guarantee: While we retain full authority over pricing and system structures, we will never blindside our users. Any modifications to existing subscription prices or plan limits will be officially communicated to all active users exactly 15 days prior to the changes taking effect.
We build for performance, but we value battlefield intel. From time to time, we may deploy community voting (polls) to gather user feedback on upcoming features or operational shifts.
Absolute Freedom: Participation in these polls is 100% optional. You retain the complete freedom to cast your vote and influence the roadmap, or entirely ignore the polling process. Your license and access remain unaffected regardless of your participation.
