Welcome to Ababil 360 HQ. By accessing our Command Center (ababil360.com) and deploying the Ababil 360 EAA Auto-Healer Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our software and services.

1. Software License & Usage Rights

Upon successful payment, Ababil 360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to deploy the EAA Auto-Healer Engine on your digital properties, strictly governed by your purchased tier (e.g., Single Site, Agency/B2B).

• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license the software.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass our API authentication mechanisms (SaaS Locks).

2. API Access & Fair Use

Certain elite features, including our AI-powered visual healer and telemetry processing, require an active connection to the Ababil 360 Remote Vault.

• Access to our remote AI proxy is subject to fair use.
• Any attempt to artificially overload the servers, manipulate payloads, or forge cryptographic signatures will result in immediate license revocation without a refund.

3. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (Crucial)

The Ababil 360 Auto-Healer Engine is a highly advanced technical tool engineered to automatically resolve a vast majority of European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG violations. However, the web is highly dynamic.

• No Legal Guarantee: We do not guarantee 100% immunity from accessibility-related legal actions. Ababil 360 is a software provider, not a law firm.
• Zero Liability: Under no circumstances shall Ababil 360, its founders, or its engineering team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to legal fines, lawsuits, or penalties incurred by your website. You deploy this software at your own operational risk.

4. Account & License Security

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your Command Center credentials and your cryptographic License Keys. Ababil 360 cannot be held responsible for compromised accounts resulting from your negligence.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Ababil 360 infrastructure immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the software and API bridge will cease immediately.

6. Modifications to Terms

Ababil 360 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Command Center or email. Continued deployment of our engine constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
